Returns & Refund Policy

At Retro Gaming Stores, we limit Returns to Only Defective Products as Exchanges Only. When making a purchase with us you acknowledge, understand and agree to this policy at time of purchase.

As we are a discount online retailer and to keep our prices low we limit Returns to only defective products within 14 days of receipt. Approved returns will only be serviced as Exchanges of the same exact product or like product that is in stock only.

“You also understand upon making any purchase on our site, that you have read the condition of the product on our product pages, and understand that once order is placed it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason for a refund. You also understand by making this purchase if any dispute is made, that you will be responsible for full collection activities plus any associated fees due to the service of collection in your state of residence.

We Do Not Offer Refunds of Any Type.

No Refunds Policy includes all orderable items on site, including but not limited to: Games, Toys, Preorders, Consoles, Accessories, Reissued Titles, Used or New games and accessories, regardless of expected performance or collectibility.

If a replacement is not in stock, discontinued or not available, we reserve the right to replace it with a like item, or issue you the customer a merchandise credit towards another instock item within 14 days of receipt of non-functional product.

All returned products will be fully tested, and if not actually "non-functional" will be sent back to recipient at their cost using their original payment method, as we will not be able to provide replacements on products deemed abused, mis-used, hacked, opened, or buyer's remorse.

If you have received the wrong item, or have received an item that is non-funtional within the first 14 days of package receipt, please request an RMA by emailing [email protected] , and our service representative will contact you to complete the exchange and replace it for you.

You also acknowledge and agree that we do not guarantee performance, value, collectability or exact dates of arrival of any good purchased on this site. If any order that has shipped has not been paid, then any and all fees with collection activity will be responsibility of the billing card holder.
