The SNES Classic comes with HDMI hookups to connect to just about any new flat panel TV, bringing you the retro games you love in gorgeous clarity like you remember them. Each SNES Classic console comes with two wired, classic controllers with the same look and feel that you remember. You can connect these controllers and play the classic games on your Wii or Wii U. Answer: This is a remade version of the original Super Nintendo but smaller and is what is called a "plug and play" HDMI version. It comes with games shown in the listing built-in. It does not by itself play old cartridges, but comes with games built in and 2 controllers and powered via USB.
